How can I ensure that my new employees, once in the United States, won’t leave my company and go and work elsewhere?
Visas are issued by the American Consulate. The name of the sponsoring company is stated on this document, and the individual can only work for the petitioner. If an employee absconds from the company or is dismissed, it is the obligation of the employer to notify us immediately so that we can process their visa cancellation.

What is your policy if a worker does not perform as expected?
